Natural Help for Neurofibromatosis
Gluten-free diet

This one always sounds really hard, but once you figure it out, it's not hard at all these days, since so many other people are gluten-free and the marketplace is responding.

One way to try it is to avoid gluten for 3-6 weeks, then eat a lot at once and see how you feel.

This is one of those things that people with chronic health concerns should probably consider, since gluten is extremely inflammatory and a very large, irritating protein, and the amount of gluten in grains has skyrocketed in recent years. I've seen a report of someone apparently controlling NF well, and gluten avoidance was part of the protocol. Gluten avoidance can also help with things like allergies, acne, depression, autoimmune issues, weight, etc.
